When I was a psychologist, as I listened to my patients, metaphors, words and especially images came to mind, which I then shared with them. At that time, I did not know that my brain, under the emotional load felt, offered me the gift of synthesizing everything in a single image... Confusing, yes at first.
I now know that I create under the influence of emotion and that my images are accompanied by an urgent feeling of giving.
Creating is a pure passion, as you can see.
Choosing me requires letting go and letting yourself be surprised by my culinary art.
My TRAINING
For me, training allows the expression of organized creativity.
I am constantly on the lookout for further development, both in terms of my artistic achievements and in terms of flavors and pastry techniques. Toronto, Montreal, Quebec, Russia, Vancouver, United States and Portugal are some examples of experiences that took me out of my comfort zone.
